“Valet customer service top notch”
Had a great experience at the Sheraton Galaxy LAX. Super friendly staff, especially Jose V & Maria C at the valet, had our ac going and ready for us! Would definitely stay again!

“Consistently great experience”
I often stay here on work trips. The staff is always friendly and helpful, in particular Maricruz at the front desk. If Bonvoy Platinum+, the included lounge and breakfast buffet are great as well

“Great stay”
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Ramon at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made check in as smooth as possible. The breakfast was 5 star and the room was super comfortable with great views for an airport hotel.
