“Welcoming staff, comfortable hotel”
During the 3 nights we stayed, the staff were very welcoming & helpful. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Our room was large, with big windows, couch & chair, & an excellent mattress. “Great value -- Second home for my family !!”
This was not my first stay, and the reason is that my family and I LOVE this Inn. It may not be a Five-Star hotel by Tourism requirements, but it sure is by my "family" standards. “Monterey and Santa Cruz”
Great location. Easy access to the aquarium. Very clean and friendly hotel. Shower pressure very low. Coffee maker in the room was very inconvenient. Great staff very professional. Great pet area. Has nearby restaurants. Redwoods nearby and Santa Cruz.
