“Clean and comfy”
Stayed here three nights while attending a conference at Portola Plaza and it was perfect. Upper floor room with vaulted ceiling, comfortable bed, clean room. Room had keurig coffee maker and good coffee, a microwave, a refrigerator, etc. I did not find a safe in the room, which would’ve been nice … more

“PERFECT”
The location was perfectly located in the middle of everything. It was clean and spacious. Public transportation is located right out of the front door, plus I walked to every place I went. The staff is helpful and friendly. It was a quiet hotel with a park across the street for jogging or walking.

“Very accommodating.”
It was a great experience. My son was traveling with his friend and although he isn't quite 18, Sai allowed my son to check in with his friend since he had a credit card. the room was nice and quiet, clean and well apportioned. Parking was easy and its close to everything.

“Not the nicest area”
Only stayed 1 night, not the nicest area of Monterey, I knew this street was basically full of inns. Reception needs some TLC. Was concerned about parking after employee said it was first come-first serve as if they run out of spots. We got back after 10pm and were fine. We were in the building ove… more
