“Location Location Location”
Great location....great staff.....great beds ....stayed 2 weeks. Stayed 2 weeks in spring also. We will always stay here when in Monterey.

“Monterey Getaway”
Great service and tidy rooms. Had the essential accomodations at a reasonable price. A nice little quaint inn for anyone looking to have a pleasant getaway. Great location, only a 5 min drive or 15-20 min walk from the Wharf. Highly recommend it to anyone. My only complaint was that the room I stay… more

“Clean, comfortable, good value”
Small, comfortable inn, at corner of a 5 way busy intersection. We are light sleepers & were occasionally bothered by road noise, but it does quiet down at night. “Comfortable stay”
I stayed at the Villa Franca Inn for two nights. The rooms were nice, simple, and clean with comfortable beds. The front office people were really friendly. I recommend staying on the upper floor. The location is good. You can walk to the downtown area.
