We stayed here as it was close the property where we would gather with family. The property is pristine. Check in went well with friendly service. What I wasn't expecting was that long "schlep" to room 1067. I wish the front desk person would have told us to drive around to where our room was (we were parked in the handicap section at the entrance to the hotel). The room is very nice with amenities like bottled water and coffee/tea. There is a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. Here's where I wasn't too thrilled about: The trains go by right our room day and night! To get through the night, I imagined the roar of the ocean hitting the shore. So, be sure to mention that you don't want to be in that area! I booked the room with breakfast included. It was $10 each. The sign said non-Bonvoy members pay $17.99. There were a lot of Asian guest and the food signs were in two languages. Great assortment of banquet quality eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit. Lots of other goodies, including a few Asian items. Not bad for $10.00 but not $17.99. The next morning, my husband moved our car around and close to our room, which made loading up our things much easier. We'd stay here again, but in the area near the railroad tracks!

Hotel was incredibly generous and accomodating amidst some unforeseen circumstances where I booked the hotel and then a couple hours later I found out I had to rush back out of state for a family emergency. The policy clearly stated it was a non-refundable purchase, but the team and management were above and beyond empathetic and understanding and were able to help facilitate a refund in light of the news. Incredible staff, and when back in town I will definitely be staying here again

“Ballroom Event”

Beautiful event room, I attended an awards event in the grand ballroom. Good food and service, the ballroom is so luxurious.
