“Wonderful stay”
Best motel in Oroville for the price comfort quiet bed was wonderful large flat screen TV staff was helpful and very kind

“Clean room, great service”
I had to book a room for four nights due to a huge snow storm at my home. I was unable to commute up into the mountains. The staff were very polite, the service was great, the room was great. I enjoyed my stay very much and it did a lot to reduce my stress.

“Less than average stay at best”
The motel was average at best. less than friendly greeting at check in. rooms were clean, pool looked less so, off color.
