We drove a large truck here from NY and found out there is VERY limited parking for large vehicles. They have underground parking for all the buildings but not for a tall truck. We were forced to park in the street and use 3-4 dolleys IN to transport our stuff completely around the other side of the resort. If you're in a compact SUV you will have no problems, this was specific to us, but it really put a damper on our enjoyment of the resort. We called for weeks to try to get an upgrade but because this was a holiday weekend, they weren't able to accomidate us. They did move us after the holiday was over and things turned out great after that. I will say, the entire facility still looks old and dated. The carpet looks old, the fixtures in the bathroom are old, and the kitchen really needs a re-do. But we did have everything we needed and everything worked out ok Verizon cell service is pretty much non-existant and the WiFi is horrendous.

Late post but finnaly getting around to it. Me, my wife and our friends stayed here few weeks ago and being HHonor members and stayed at many HGVC we accustomed to specific ammentities and there was some things fell way short. PRO: - POOL BAR: Set up is wesome. Great customer service, attentive and good food menu with various items. - POOL: Great pool to splurge in. My wife loves it. Although had a incident where they had to clear the pool for a few hours, overall good setup and relaxing. - CUSTOMER SERVICE: Although we had some challenges initially checking in, they was very accommodating to needs and tried their best to meet our needs. CON: - TIME SHARE BANDITS: The fact they right at the front entrance, couldn't get to the counter without being harassed. Let people damm check in FIRST! - NO MARKET??!: Pretty shocking for this property and where it's located at that they don't have a market. Only the HGVC that's don't have this. Big detractors! - LACKING MAINTENANCE: Pretty obvious when waiting on elevator, the button panel was broken and you all the wires are exposed. Maintenance personal seen thes and just doing nothing about this. Guess SAFETY is not a priority here. All it takes for one kid to stick their hands in there AFTER getting out the pool for you to have a lawsuit on your hands. - COOKWARE: LACKING dishes and other items to cook, had to request most things. Only thing we had was a drawer full of knives just thrown in there. Look like someone was about to have a knife fight. Overall, not a bad stay, some things they can improve on and be more attentive to property infrastructure with regards to SAFETY but I would come back, knowing what I know, I'll be sure to grocery shop prior.
