Fantastic place to stay. Kevin actually called to check on us after our flight was delayed. We checked in around 2:30AM and got a great night sleep. The next evening we enjoyed a bottle of wine from the office. All the staff was so accommodating and friendly. This is definitely a place we would return to. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Only complaint was that the motion light in the bathroom could not be turned off. When you go in the middle of the night……..it’s lights camera action. Other than that it was perfect.

“Like a private resort, in the off-season”

September is the off-season in Palm Springs. I stayed 10 days at the Palm Springs hotel. The rooms were stylish, comfortable and very clean, nice touch with the towels folded as you would find in a resort beds were always made tightly with daily service beautiful pool and a nice hot tub huge showers in each room, this sounds a little hot bit during my 10 days. I actually got to see four different rooms. I have both a single king and a double bedroom. There was a maintenance issues so we got an extra room and saw one room that was just opened. All rooms were of the same caliber The office has wonderful coffee and a Keurig in each room. A few of the less flattering things were the hot tub timer needed to be replaced no big deal, when we checked in, we had a 24 hour desk clerk then it became. They didn’t have somebody overnight for two days again. It was no problem for us, but it wasn’t what we were told when we checked in The staff didn’t seem to all work on the same rules never a problem, but some had different rules about pool towels, which was a little odd nobody ever refused to quickly granted a towel. I will stand by my five star review as none of the other issues were really an issue. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend this property. I guess I should say hotel as it sounds like I am a. Chatbot or something using the term property. Having a swim every night and being the only ones in the pool it make it feel rather private though.

OK, I seriously don’t understand where are all the negative reviews about this place are coming from. In my opinion, you get exactly what you pay for and this is worth easily. The hundred dollars a night that I spent to stay here. I love smaller boutique hotels as compared to the large 200+ suites at megaresorts in the area . This place only has 15 rooms on site, and I think that’s perfect and quiet and intimate and you’re not fighting for a chair at the pool and it’s relatively quiet and honestly well maintained. My room (102) was adorable and large and quite easy to navigate and elegantly appointed. Now, was it like staying at a luxury Marriott? Absolutely not. But I found the service welcoming, and I felt clean and safe the entire time I stayed here. I will say, I was slightly put off by the nearly $300 charge on my card for incidentals and while I didn’t damage anything and I expect to fully get it back, it is slightly higher than most other places in the area and I have to wonder where they justify this unless there were some previous bad guests that warranted as such. The parking situation that people will keep complaining about is hardly a dealbreaker, if anything at all. Yes, it’s limited parking but I went at the beginning of October so it’s not like it was busy and nobody was fighting over spots. And it’s literally like a 200 foot walk between the parking lot, and the front door to the establishment where you check in. If this is an issue for you, outside of any legitimate physical disability that would impede you from walking such a short distance, then this is really a U problem and not the hotels. I like that the main lobby was clean and smelled nice, and that I received a fresh towel for the pool the second I checked in. I enjoyed the fact that it’s right off Palm Springs Rd. so it’s not like I had to really hunt to find it coming right off of the freeway. All in all nothing to complain about, honestly disregard the Karen’s about this place. I’m sure they would be just as unhappy at a five star resort.
