“Amazing bar staff !”
Absolutely great time!! The bar staff were amazing, always so friendly and attentive, working so hard when it was very busy!! Elise, becky, Jacob, Alfie, great job guys- thanks for learning our orders!! 😀

“Family vacation”
The Cliffs was a wonderful place to take my family of ten to. The rooms were large and clean and accommodating. The beach was nearby and the grandchildren enjoyed the tidal pools and picking up hermit crabs. The Marisol restaurant was excellent and served a wide variety of meals. My daughter liked… more

“$620 for Glass Shards and a Dead Bug — Absolutely Unacceptable!”
Upon entering the room, I found shards of glass scattered across the floor and a dead bug in the bathtub. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests checked out. “Beautiful views but noisy rooms!”
The location is great but a few notable negatives. First and foremost, the walls are SUPER thin. Basic hallway noise sounds like it’s happening in your room and a crying kid next door, sounds like they’re in your bed. Additionally, the hotel is not super family friendly. “Nice Hotel”
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. We had looked forward to sitting in the Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi's water was warm, definitely not hot. Nice easy access to the beach
