“Exceptional Service”
I made an error on my reservation date, so I showed up the day after. I expected to be charged as a no-show but the receptionist worked with the manager to save me from the charge. The room was better than I expected and parking was convenient. I'd definitely stay here again.

“Average Stay”
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was an average stay. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was just ok, I've had better at other hotels. I would stay here again.

“Nice, clean hotel - don't forget to pay for your parking”
Very comfortable room & bed; large Smart tv with steaming options. Outdoor pool was clean and inviting. Parking fee (disclosed) is $10, which is ridiculous for this sub-optimal area of Sacramento - 4 miles from Cal Expo. Over the years we stay often at Hamptons, mostly like this one, out of city center to avoid high rates and parking fees. My big beef with this hotel is their $10 per night parking fee - for self parking in the hotel's surface parking lot. What a rip-off!!
