“Great work on a complicated project”
I worked with Sosa at the front desk and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a private event for Mother’s Day with a lot of complications and everything went extremely smoothly. I will definitely come back.

“Beautiful hotel”
The hotel is conveniently located right up the street from Fort Sutter and lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was so easy to drive to the capital and old waterfront from here too. The parking is in a garage next door and is a separate $18 charge but for the area, that is to be expected… more

“Outstanding customer service”
Exceptional atmosphere and customer service! I am not normally one to write reviews, but Nina at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped me so much with the last minute shipment I needed help arranging before my 3 AM flight, and truly made my stay at the fort Sutter Hotel remarkable.
