This is a great place if you want to come in from the Bay Area by train for a game or concert at the Golden 1 Center, which is what we did. Not fancy, but completely clean, large room, decent bathroom (really good towels as hotels go) and decent bed, pillows could have been a little better. Right across the street from the Amtrak station and an easy 10-minute walk to the Center. Other fancier hotels are nearby but not at this price. Very basic continental breakfast is included. Pro tip: the property is surrounded by a fence and it's tricky to find the entrance from the train station. If you cross the street with the hotel in front of you on your right, DON'T go down the ramp. Turn right and walk along the hotel with the fence on your left. You won't see the gate until you reach it at the end of the block.

“6 days at the INN!”

The location is excellent. Old Town is a 5 minute walk away through the parkade across the street, or walk a few blocks to K Street, to the pedestrian walkway. 10 minute walk from DOCO, aka the downtown common,and Golden 1 arena. The location is excellent. Old Town is a 5 minute walk away through the parkade across the street, or walk a few blocks to K Street, to the pedestrian walkway. 10 minute walk from DOCO, aka the downtown common,and Golden 1 arena. The room 117 was recently renovated. AC worked well. No microwave, although other rooms had one. Coffee maker only decaf pods, asked housekeeping and front desk for regular, did not have any. Coffee is available 24 in the breakfast area. If your an early riser, the front and side doors are locked. A small variety of baked goods is available for breakfast, The closet restaurant for breakfast is Steamers in Old Town which opens at 8. The Inn is undergoing extensive renovation, which can cause inconvenience, in walking to rooms, water was off for a period of time for plumbing work. The furniture was not replaced after the renovation. The doors are not tight fitting against the door frame, which could allow insects to enter the room. There is a vent above the door, which cannot be opened. Pool was open. You need to request housekeeping, which is now common in many hotels. The cold drink cooler was not refilled with soda and water, the 6 days I was there.The quieter side of the Inn is poolside. There is noise from the interstate which is across the street. The airport is a 15- 20 minute ride by taxi. Amtrack station is across the street. Due to the construction, lack of regular coffee pods, not refilling the drink cooler, ill fitting doors I gave the INN a good rating. Once the construction is complete, more attention to small details like coffee pods, refilling the drink cooler, this would be a great place to stay.

“Worth consideration!”

Room was newly remodeled, beds were comfortable, neighbors were noisy, breakfast was coffee and a muffin. Many places to eat within walking distance. I was there for a conference 1 block away. I would stay there again.
