“Great place to stay!”

The staff here are just superb! They are always so positive, friendly, and such a good mood! Each and every single one of them were so welcoming every time entering through the front doors. Kirk helped me check in and he was calm, cool, collected. Upon checking in, the room that was assigned to me still had the garbage not taken out. When I went downstairs to report it to Kirk, he immediately apologized and did not hesitate to get me a new room. Thanks Kirk for your help that night I checked in, I was already grumpy and exhausted from travels that day, thanks for putting up with my end of day schlump and getting me a new room. Shout out to Phillip as well! Every time that I enter through the front doors, I am always greeted by his upbeat positive attitude and friendly smile. When adding a parking permit to my reservation we got to talking and enjoyed a conversation about why I was in San Bernardino and what I did for work. He was so thorough in answering my questions and his supervisor overheard my questions and offered me a parking discount! Totally unexpected and surprising! Thank you for the discount on the parking permit. Truly appreciate your generosity. And of course, shout out to Mark in the morning, the breakfast attendant! I asked for ice in my cold brew one morning, and from then on, he remembered every time I came down for breakfast! Thanks for remembering me, and for our conversations together and all of the cups of ice, Mark! I put him on how I made my cold brew in the morning. There's condiments at the breakfast bar! There's also a lot of places to eat around this plaza because it is consolidated between other hotel properties on Hospitality Lane; so there are eateries catered to visitors around this area. They are within walking distance, but you will be walking stretched across parking lots and cross walks. Bring a grocery wheeler if you have one if you are not traveling by car and on foot. There is no hot tub on this property compared to other Residence Inns. They say the pool is heated, but it just temperate enough to swim, not take a hot plunge. Although, the pool is indoors! I got to enjoy a dip when it was raining. They also provide pool towels at the pool. I found out the tv audio in my living room wasn't working, however, the tv was working in my bedroom, so it wasn't much of an inconvenience to me. I plan to report it to them when I check out.
