“5 stars!”
Honestly? Consistently one of the best hotels in the city. Quick and easy access to The Ferry Building and BART. Employees are helpful and kind. Wonderful amenities. 5 stars! Absolutely will book here again.

The customer service was excellent. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service also excellent. I appreciate the quality of the towels and sheets. “Housekeeping and munchies”
The housekeeping staff was rude by squishing me and another guest into the elevator and then squishing us further into the elevator when they were trying to get off. And I was charged for a Munchies item when I didn't even touch the munchies items.

“Not for Everyone”
If you do not like street noise this hotel is not for you. I had booked a suite with a kitchenette and I was assigned to a room on the 4th floor.
