“Pleasant stay”
This is a very nice hotel to stay, very conveniently located, you can walk to Chinatown for food! Staffs are helpful and friendly.

“Good location”
Perfectly adequate room. Clean. Nice kitchenette. View from this room is unsurprisingly bad, hard for privacy and sunlight in the room. Overall I was comfortable and the bed was comfy so I slept well.

“You dont always get what you make reserved”
Requested rooms same floor booked far enough in advance. Ended up on different floors lucky we didn't have children with us. My niece requested extra pillow and blanket in took them more than hour calling several times. Plus ordered rooms with queens and sofa bed not a chair bed very uncomfortab… more

“You get what you paid for.”
No parking. Need to go to embarcadero 3 or 4 building down the street to park. $45 for 24 hrs. The room. Stained sheets. Couple hairs in the restroom. Although it's old, it doesnt smell like one but cleanliness can be improved. On the positive note, i like that they have refillable water bottle… more
