“Great stay! Will be back again”
Best hotel in San Fran! Great location if you're going to a ball game. Javier in valet is amazing and so sweet. All staff was more than accommodating and super helpful.

Helpful staff, always clean and quiet, close to BART, view of the bay, sushi restaurant downstairs. An ideal place to stay in SF.

“Walkability to Chase, Oracle, or Ferry Building”
I love the location of this hotel! You can walk to the Ferry Building, to Oracle Park for baseball, or to Chase for basketball or concerts. “Good and clean but tiny.”
Location was lovely. The rooms were a little small. But they were comfy. No parking and valet was $75 for overnight which in my experience is a little too expensive. Breakfast was OK, but they need more protein. All they had was sugary Pastries.

“Nice location”
One of two elevators was out for our four nights at the hotel. And beware of the $41 per day "guest amenity fee," which is apparently for internet? Or something. You can't turn it down so this is just an additional fee. The hotel's location is excellent and the rooms are small but clean.
