“Great location by Union Square -- nice boutique hotel”
Clean, updated rooms and baths, great location, friendly staff. Rooms not big but adequate. Everything worked fine including shower water pressure, TV and internet. I recommend this moderately priced hotel one-half block from Powell Street and two blocks to Union Square and cable car turntable.

Location is fabulous with easy access to Powell Station and staff were pleasant. But rooms are worn and mine wasn't entirely clean (hairs on floor, smudges on doors and furniture). The hotel was very close to Union Square so was very conveniently located. The room was comfortable even if it was the smallest one we stayed in during our trip.
