“Excellent customer service from RICO and Carlos”
Carlos and Rico were super helpful throughout the whole experience. We stayed there for one night and the two were very accommodating and kind! Hope to see them again if/when I return!

“Short stay in in San Francisco with Hotel Zetta”
I enjoyed the friendly service, the decent sized room, the comfortable bed and the well kitted out fitness room. “Really good experience”
I really enjoyed the hotel, and it was in a great location for the event that I was attending. I would recommend this place as it was in an area that was close to many connections to get around town. The staff was very helpful, and check-in and out was very smooth and easy.
