“Great hotel in a lovely spot”
Great hotel in a fantastic spot, is currently undergoing renovations but this was not a substantial disruption to my stay. Room was lovely and staff were excellent. No complaints from me.

Great, historic hotel at the top of Nob Hill. Rooms are older and could use an updating, but the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. “Great Stay!”
We stayed at this hotel two nights while visiting San Francisco. It was a lovely experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location.

“Still One of the Best”
Some years since we have stayed there, but still one of the best. Great location and view from room over the city was awesome. Bit dated in places, but undergoing renovation at the moment.

The hotel is a very grand , old hotel with an impressive lobby. However, the rooms are tired and rather shabby .
