“Quality”
Location is a bit sketchy, but its San Francisco - the entire city is kinda sketchy. The property itself was very nice. The staff is super attentive. The interiors are super nice. The food was very good. Everything about the hotel itself was great. I would definitely come back in the future...

“Most beautiful hotel in the country?”
This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the country by a long shot. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are stunning and the restaurants are amazing. Make sure you get dropped off at the correct spot or valet and you'll have a wonderful experience.

“Good, but a couple sour points”
Great public spaces and restaurants inside hotel. Rough area of SF though, but can't blame hotel for that. Be prepared to call car or drive anywhere, didn't want to walk at night. Good hotel with great staff. It's a property that has a lot of character. The door staff, counter staff and room staff are all great.
