“Best hotel experience”
The staff at the SF Proper hotel were some of, if not the, best staff I've ever experienced. We didn't need to ask any questions because all of our questions and needs were already met. “A Gem!”
Wow, what a pleasant surprise. The staff was amazing, food very tasty and the room was well appointed yet classic. This will be my regular hotel when visiting family that lives in San Francisco.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent rooms and lovely rooftop bar. Definitely valet if driving. Surrounding area not the best but the stay was absolutely worth it. Friendly staff and amazing room.

“Spectacular Hotel in Dicey Location”
The Proper was truly a gorgeous hotel. I loved every restaurant, the rooftop, and design. The food and the cocktails were extraordinary. that was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.
