I highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed in San Francisco hundreds of times for both business and leisure. This hotel is centrally located and new. The accommodations are impeccably clean and well designed. The bedding is simply heavenly. There's a mini bar in my room and it is gorgeous. I was a little leery about the location being in such a busy place. But the hotel is fabulous. I was greeted by the valet when I was pulling up, and he instantly made me feel at home. At the front desk I was checked in by Will, who embodies what getting it right looks like when it comes to customer service. Great care has been taken to ensure the rooms are quiet and peaceful. This hotel is a little sanctuary in the heart of busy San Francisco.

I travel to San Francisco frequently for work, conferences, and industry events, so I have stayed in many hotels throughout the city over the years. One property that truly stood out to me was the Timbri Hotel San Francisco, Curio Collection by Hilton. I had previously stayed at The Line properties in Austin and Los Angeles, so when I learned that the San Francisco property had become part of the Curio Collection, I was curious to experience it for myself. It exceeded my expectations. One of the main reasons was Rogelio. I had actually met him years ago at the Canopy by Hilton in San Francisco, and seeing him again was such a pleasant surprise. Rogelio is one of those rare hospitality professionals who genuinely cares about guests. His attention to detail, professionalism, warmth, and consistency made my extended stay significantly more enjoyable. He always took the time to make sure everything was going well and consistently went above and beyond. Employees like Rogelio are the reason guests return. The room was fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and the bathroom was beautiful, with a gorgeous bathtub and excellent shower. The amenities felt premium, housekeeping was impeccable, and everything was spotless throughout my stay. Since I was staying for an extended period, housekeeping even worked around a consistent schedule, which I greatly appreciated. The little touches made a big difference. Coming back each day to find Acqua Panna water, Clif Bars, and my favorite vanilla yogurt waiting in the room made me feel at home. The internet was fast and reliable, which is essential when you’re working remotely and attending meetings throughout the day. The gym was well equipped, and the rooftop offers beautiful views of San Francisco. The location is also nice. It’s within walking distance of Moscone Center, Whole Foods, Target, Salesforce Tower, the Embarcadero, Caltrain, North Beach, and many of the city’s most important business and entertainment areas. For anyone visiting San Francisco for conferences, meetings, or an extended stay, the location is incredibly convenient. My stay was made even more memorable thanks to Rogelio’s outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend Timbri Hotel San Francisco and look forward to seeing everyone again very soon. 🫶🏻🤗🤩

I recently completed a stay at the Timbri Hotel San Francisco, and I am impressed by the level of hospitality. As a frequent traveler, I stay in many hotels, but the service at this location truly stands out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. Every team member I encountered was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Some people may be put off by the location but it was close to te Moscone center and felt very safe.

I picked the hotel for its gentle price point and central location. All said, it was good value for money. The hotel itself is very clean, very modern, and quirky (in a good way), definitely not cookie cutter or big box despite being owned/run by Hilton. As other reviewers have pointed out, the Timbri is located on a rather sketchy stretch of the already sketchy Tenderloin district. Arriving very late at night gave me pause for thought (and I spent many years living in Manhattan). SF's homelessness problem is, sadly, alive and well, but the hotel takes care to ensure you feel safe (security details on the sidewalk, and you need to buzz into the lobby with your card key). Once inside the building, you can expect professional service, great housekeeping, a top notch cafe for your breakfast needs, and a lovely rooftop bar/restaurant (be aware though that the rooftop is not open Sunday and Monday evenings). The room I stayed in was modern, spacious, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. A very nice espresso machine made an impression on me! Express dry cleaning requests were handled well. If I come back, I would ask for a higher floor room to lessen some of the nighttime noise and light, but overall I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the Timbri.
