Hyatt does not know the definition of taking a reservation. Twice now Hyatt has overbooked hotels and did not honor my reservation. It is like the Seinfeld episode, where Jerry goes to rent a car. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. During check-in someday in March around 8:30 PM, I had a very uncomfortable interaction with one of the front desk staff.
