“Very nice stay at the downtown location”
Very nice place. The breakfast was better at this location than the airport location. If you're a sensitive sleeper, get a room that doesn't have a view so you're away from street noise and the bart blowing the horn all night. “Business Travel Simplicity”

“Would stay again despite some issues.”
Four things kept this from being 5 stars. First morning there was no hot water (it was fixed within an hour), the vacuum-type toilet is very loud, our bathroom door was incredibly noisy, and the shower faucet location makes it difficult to turn on.
