“Clean room, great pricing and friendly service.”
Great Inn for a great price. The room smelled fresh and clean, and looked very well maintained. The kids and us parents were very happy with our stay. It’s a very close drive from all of the highlights like SloDoCo donuts, the main downtown plaza, and Madonna Inn. Appreciated great service. We left… more

“Great Place to Stay!”
I chose to stay at the Avenue Inn because it was reasonably priced and close to downtown SLO. I will enthusiastically stay there again because the staff is very friendly, and the motel is clean and well-managed. I was always able to find a spot in the parking lot, and the room was comfortable.

“Nice hotel close to downtown SLO.”
Nice hotel close to SLO downtown. Although it’s right near the freeway I didn’t notice the noise. The room was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Reasonably priced and very comfortable.

“Good Value”
Just needed stay during motorcycle tour. Plenty of accoutrements. Worn but functional bath/shower. Courteous staff. Restaurants within easy walk. Good value for the money.
