“Excellent value and great location”
Stayed for a night, location great in San Simeon, and both asa stop on Highway No 1 or to visit Hearst Castle. Room was clean and comfortable, food options around. Why spend more

“Newly renovated and very pleasant”
This hotel was a great value! The room was nicely renovated, the windows opened for fresh sea air, and the location was convenient for elephant seal viewing and other coastal activities. “Good basic hotel”
Good for 1 night and near Hearst Castle and a couple beaches. We had a room in back and the parking was a little weird.
