“Perfect inexpensive lodging, QUIET, near ocean/beach, excellent service”
Very, very good choice for inexpensive lodging right in the heart of San Simeon. Walk to restaurants, groceries, bars, and the ocean & beach is right across the street. “Excellent stay”
From the check in process to the check out time every thing was great. We had a handicapped room and there was plenty of space for my mother's chair and walker. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The hot tub and pool were a nice bonus. And the price was fantastic.

“Very clean and nice room”
The room we stayed was very clean and well maintained. Just needs a hair dryer. Location was perfect!
