“Santa Barbara Luxury”
Responsible, personable customer service from entire staff. Beautiful cozy spa. Rooms had character and privacy. Will return!

“Great staff and nice atmosphere!”
The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Kat at the Goat Tree, Emily, Steven, and many others. The location was perfect, I was traveling with my son who is in a wheelchair, and their were plenty of things to do within a short distance. “Not a 5-star hotel experience”
A five star hotel is one that has five star service. The service here was lacking in many ways.
