“excellent front desk ”
The front desk people are super helpful. I have their names on my sticky notes, but I lost them. They really listen to your needs and solve the problems for you. They are also knowledgeable about the surrounding facilities.

In one room the shower faucet didn't work right. In a second the temperature controller for the heater unit didn't work right.
