“Best decision we ever made”
My daughter has leukemia and wanted to come visit the Santa Monica Pier. Booking this hotel was last minute but one of the best decisions we have made. “Best experience”
I arrived early and was looking for an early check. The front desk staff are so great and helpful. They held my luggage until they had a room ready for me to check in. I wanna give a shout out to Amanda for doing everything to accommodate my request. Breakfast is a delight Lolie has great service.
