“2 different experiences”
We have stayed at Pacific Palms a handful of times and enjoy our stay however something always happens. The first time we stayed, only two elevators were working and my husband ended up getting stuck in one for over an hour. “Lacking basic services”
This is overall a nice place, but there is no room service and no bellman to help with luggage. The staff at the restaurant, Red, was very rude when I called to place an order.
