“Excellent Assistance”
Embassy is my favorite place to stay in Charleston. Always beautiful rooms and great location. Sam was very helpful getting my car parked so I didn't have to worry about it after a long drive following my wedding.

“Travel Asstance”
Sam (valet) at Embassy Suites in Charleston, WV went ot of his way to help me find different lodging when this location was sold out. He kept me from crying and trying to figure out where to sleep in my rental vehicle!

Nice 7-story atrium, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast had bacon, pre-made pancakes, made-to-order omelets. Plenty of outlets and jacks in room.
