Second time staying at this hotel - second 5-star experience. Hotel is very clean - the area is one of the finest neighborhoods in Charlotte. Lots of restaurants and shopping available. “Easy stay.”
Front desk hosts were awesome. Hotel needs a facelift pretty badly in the guest rooms. Lobby and breakfast are clean and updated.
