“The Best in a Long Time”
We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. The entry lobby is lovely with a view of the dining area and the beautiful outdoor pool. Our room was 2 Queen beds Studio. “Service With a Smile”
Both mornings I was there arriving at the breakfast area before it opened .. I was greeted with a smile by Elizabeth she was friendly and welcoming . Special shout out to Amie at the front desk, who is also very helpful and warm. I would definitely book another stay.

“Homewood Ballantyne”
Great stay for a hot weekend in Charlotte when I was there. Love being a Hilton honors member and receiving two bottles of water at check in was wonderful.
