“Daniel at the front desk is amazing”
The crew on our 9 pm flight out of O’Hare timed out at 1 am. They moved our flight to 5 am. We couldn’t get anyone at the hotel to answer our calls and walked in. “Exceptional Service!”
Had a terrible travel day at O’Hare and my delayed flight ended up cancelled. I frantically booked at the Hilton on property and was able to easily walk over and check in. Service was impeccable.
