“Chicago Getaway”
Exceptional service from moment we checked in. Upgraded our room at a fair price. Greeted daily by name, had a birthday surprise in our room. Had turn down service each night which was lovely. On Wednesday nights there are fireworks. Could see them perfectly from my room which was Room 603.

“Fabulous stay”
We ended up coming to the hotel on a last-minute trip when our home lost power during the storms in Indiana. We booked our room on the way to the hotel. “Memorable Trip to Chicago”

“Needs a little help and updating.”
We stayed here two years ago and returned for a disappointing visit. Carpet looks old and dirty, and the mattresses are beyond old and uncomfortable (and I was in the club level). Food offerings in the lounge were lackluster and not kept warm or hot as needed. Overall, we will not return.
