“Classy Stay”
The service and attention to details is just spectacular; without any arrogance. Just classy elegance. Starting at the motor lobby, Bell and Front Desk, it’s a great experience. Equally impressive the service and quality at the Z Bar and Shanghai Terrace restaurant. We will go back many times.

“Truly exceptional service and a beautiful hotel”
Exceptional experience. The concierge assistance in advance of our arrival was incredible, no detail was overlooked. I told them that I wanted to create an amazing experience for my nephew’s birthday, and that is what they did with class.

“Outstanding Hotel”
Outstanding hotel experinece. Beautiful ambience and wonderful service. This is apparent in any Peninsula Hotel. We had a well appointed suite. The furnishings by Getty and Associates is very elegant. The concierge and front desk was very helpful.

“Simply the Best”
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are so cozy it was a struggle to leave. To say this hotel is gorgeous is an understatement. The service is also superb. During our visit the hot tub, Asian restaurant, and fitness room were closed due to renovations. This was disappoint... more
