“Great experience!”
Great location! Employees were very friendly. Bartenders especially friendly and make great cocktails. The hotel was crazy busy when we arrived. Valet parking is only option but it was friendly and quick. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

The room was nice even though I didn't have a view. The lighting in the bathroom is not great. The bathroom could also use a vent. The hotel has 6 elevators and only 3 were operational. So it was frustrating when trying to move when you have hundreds of people trying to attend the same event. … more

My major issue is the lack of working elevators. Per the employees, the service elevators were not working, therefore they were tying up the elevators also. This was a terrible experience as my husband and I are senior citizens and using the stairs to the 8th floor was not an option given our medic… more
