“Great value”
This is an older motel, but the rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful. Great affordable option centrally located to Green Mountain Falls and Colorado Springs.

“Couldn’t have been better”
Chill & quiet. Except the road right outside. If u need to sleep in u may bring ears buds & play white noise. We had the option to have trash taken out, towels brought new & beds made each day. Good water pressure, TV, fridge. Really needed microwave, but I’m not going to take away a star for that… more

“3 night stay”
Was a last minute booking and glad we did. Room was clean and towels were soft and clean. We stayed 3 nights. Close to Pikes Peak Rail and Garden of the Gods. Easy access. Breakfast was minimal but good. Pool area was clean.

“Good stay!”
Pros:We enjoyed the quietness of the room, the air conditioner that was a consistent hum while sleeping. Parking right out front is so convenient.
