“Snowmass weekend”

Super comfy bed, hot, hot shower, well stocked kitchen, and everything you need in condo! We loved the location and ample parking. Excellent communication from property and very friendly staff upon arrival. Check in and out was a breeze and we will definitely return.

“Good place to stay in summer to access Maroon Bells and Aspen”

Stayed in Laurelwood 306 on middle floor of block. The condominium was well fitted out with all that we needed for our 3 night stay. The weather was hot during our stay around 25-30C, this made the sleeping a little difficult. We knew there would be no air con so slept with both windows and balcony… more

Stayed in Laurelwood 306 on middle floor of block. The condominium was well fitted out with all that we needed for our 3 night stay. The weather was hot during our stay around 25-30C, this made the sleeping a little difficult. We knew there would be no air con so slept with both windows and balcony door open plus a fan going. This would have been an issue if it was a ground floor apartment. It was easy to get the key for the unit from the manned office within the block. We used the communal laundry facilities although these were the most expensive we used on our 17 day holiday. The free bus service down to the main road in the valley and then the free bus along to Aspen were excellent and only took 30 minutes as it used the bus only lane.

Great place, could be slightly better. Place is gorgeous, love the private parking. The beds were incredibly soft which is just something I don't like. Great place, could be slightly better. Place is gorgeous, love the private parking. The beds were incredibly soft which is just something I don't like. The blinds and curtains were white so at 6:00am your room is as bright as day out. Other than that the place was nice, wifi was fast and it was a good stay.

“Avoid during the week during shoulder season”

We stayed for 3 nights from the 17th of September and were in unit 203 on the ground floor. The unit had all you need. We found the bed too soft which gave us back ache and the first night was really hot, there is no air con, it did improve on the 2nd day. There was a fan to use but was louder th… more

We stayed for 3 nights from the 17th of September and were in unit 203 on the ground floor. The unit had all you need. We found the bed too soft which gave us back ache and the first night was really hot, there is no air con, it did improve on the 2nd day. There was a fan to use but was louder than an aircraft so not something you could use at night. So, we found the room quite stuffy, so had to sleep with the window open. You could hear the people above which would wake you up. The shower pressure was very good. We were in Snowmass during the week and found not much was open, no gondolas were open, some restaurants/shops were shut. If you plan to go at this time of year, then ensure it is over a weekend.
