Good units for families of four. Shuttle available and the drivers are super nice. Parking available across the street for a daily fee. The resort provided starter coffee and tea which is nice. Small ski shop onsite called incline and restaurant called the Edge with apres ski and dinner only. Food is good at Edge and they have Fondue. Ample washer and dryers to do laundry. Must have cash to convert to quarters. The cost is $1.75 a load to wash or dry. The hot tub and pool are nice. The hot tub is adult only but people with 3 boys under the age of 10 ignored this rule. Not so relaxing with them being rambunctious. I don’t mind kids but they were clearly the reason for the sign and they ignored it. The hotel hasn’t repaired the locker room showers or the steam room. It’s been out of service for more than two weeks. So if you want a steam room you might want to look at Stonebridge or another property. There is no sauna here either. Stonebridge has a sauna, steam room and larger locker room which is nice to use when you have a few family members needing to shower at the same time. Gym is very small here and basic. Rooms seem somewhat refreshed and the outside was recently remodeled. Pull out couch is hard and no topper offered. If it’s all adults you might want a different accommodation.

Great Bed, with great pillows. Comfortable condo. The setting of the pool along the hill was terrific. Noisy pool for sure for a couple days but on a holiday weekend that is to be expected. Great Bed, with great pillows. Comfortable condo. The setting of the pool along the hill was terrific. Noisy pool for sure for a couple days but on a holiday weekend that is to be expected. All the staff were friendly and helpful, really made us feel welcome. Convenient location near the Snowmass mall cafes and shops.

Maybe we missed the memo, but there was construction going on, the kids hot tub was out of order and there was no air conditioning. But the pool was a good size with towels and kids toys and goggles. The pool water was surprisingly warm. The sofa bed was better than average according to the kids and the regular bed was pretty decent as well. They provide you with one pack of coffee, some tea bags and a few chocolate bars. We only stayed one night but they had a decently stocked kitchen should you stay longer and want to make a little meal. We were able to walk to the restaurants down the hill. I can only imagine how convenient this would be in the winter for the skiers. The hill was right there.
