“Friendly and helpful staff, great location”

Stayed here as part of a wedding party after enjoying golf next door at Sanctuary, very pleased with the front desk staff and the condition of the hotel. Pristine room condition and plenty of ammenities like full sized fridge, microwave, stove, iron & ironing board, plus laundry and pool on site.

Great stay over the Christmas period Important to note that there is NO charge for parking (some hotels in the area have introduced inexplicable fees but not this one.) Breakfast is really good for a hotel at this price point - there's a great breakfast taco bar every morning, plus eggs/potatoes/meat; overnight oats with chia if you're into that sort of thing; endless waffles; fruit etc. All piping hot and freshly cooked, even on Christmas Day. The beds are great (the brand style of weird sort-of-eiderdown-pocket-with-quilt doesn't quite work and feels like something you nan might have experimented with. Front desk are attentive and receptive, even when time-zone confused guests need coffee at 3am. On checkout was told that 2025 was going to see a remodelling and wouldn't say that it isn't needed - there's the sort of peeling and patina you'd expect to get after a few years of people tromping through a building - but unless you have visiting-royal-potentate expectations, it's largely fine. Couple of downsides: the floor (particularly on level 3_ has weird lumps and holes under the carpet, which are risky if you're not nimble or carrying stuff; if you're an incredibly light sleeper you might find the light aircraft which pass overhead in the morning en route to Centenial Airport a distraction. There's precisely one restaurant within walking distance (the overpriced Flemings) and literally nowhere to buy, say, cheese or coffee or a sandwich or a cake without making a car journey. In the last twelve months, the complementary papers have vanished from the lobby and the laundry has switched to an app-based payment method. Luckily compatable with UK phones!

We were there for a softball tournament for my daughter. I opted out of the team hotel block and went with the Homewood instead, still booked by the tournament travel agent. I am a Hilton Diamond and try to always stay with a Hilton brand. The hotel was great - the staff was good, especially Tom (I think this is his name) at the front desk. Tom got us a nice room at the end of hall and it was very quiet. Away from elevators and the hotel traffic. The hotel is located in a great location. My only concern is that the breakfast at this Homewood was downright awful. One day the hotel repurposed several days worth of potatoes (roasted, schreds, french fries) into a mix. The french fries were ridiculous add to the mix. I mean, come on. This is really silly, and I have to question the person who made this call. Seriously? Cereal only seemed to be available if you got there early - once they were out, they were out. It was cups of cereal. Mostly it was Kellogs sugar cereals; There were onlu a couple Cheerios or Honey Cheerios each day - when gone, it was gone. Powder eggs (I get it, it is the option at many hotels) were almost always almost out. Flakes were always left when I was present. Orange Juice was available some days, and not others, Yogurt was available for the first few days of the stay, but towards the end it was not available. Last several days I took the family elsewhere for breakfast because it was so bad. Otherwise the hotel was great. However, because the breakfast was so bad, I would only recommend this hotel to someone if I made them fully aware of the truly awful breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. The staff is great. It is a great hotel in a great location (other than the breakfast). If I was coming to this area again I would still consider this Homewood Suites hotel (it is great). ,but I'd weigh other Hilton properties first because of the breakfast. I mean, every single Homewood, Hampton, Home2Suites, and other lower tier Hilton properties has a breakfast way better than this Homewood.
