We reserved the monarch grand 2 queen room. We are a family of four with two teens. There is no pull out and a rollaway was not an option. However, the room was very generously sized and we felt we had ample space to not feel like we were on top of each other. There was a nicely sized sitting area and we reserved a room with a view of the mountains. It was among one of the nicer rooms we've had on family trips. The room was updated, clean, stylish. The bathroom was also very big with a separate room for the toilet. The door has a frosted panel (why so many hotels do this I can't understand) - but there were enough lighting options inside the bathroom that you could use it at night and not wake up the entire room with the lights. The hotel has well-filtered water bottle refill stations that were a very nice and appreciated touch. As far as I know there is one on each floor and additional stations on common floors. The pool was very nice. Kids are allowed during certain times, so plan ahead for using it if you are traveling with kids. Evening hours are reserved for adults only. The only downside I would say is that the hotel does not have many common areas where you can sit if you wake up early or stay up later than the rest of your groups. there were several couches and tables on the top floor outside of the pool and spa, but that was it (and it was next to a bank of windows so a little chilly at the time we were there). A note for if you travel with kids: this is a casino and the sit-down (non-buffet) restaurant is through the casino. The casino is small so kids need to check in at the security station on the second floor and get a wristband before you can walk into the restaurant. We've stayed at other casinos where our kids can walk through the casino if they stay on a path, but that is not the case here. Just be aware and plan with kids. There are warnings posted, but you want to enter at a specific point with kids. On the casino floor there is also self-serve station with water, tea, coffee, and soft drinks. The cafe with coffee and pastries is right outside the sit-down restaurant.
