“Excellent Stay — Highly Recommended”
Excellent stay all around. The customer service was top-notch, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the extra amenities made the experience even better. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their guests. Highly recommend and would gladly return.

Drake at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful! and the wine hour and bourbon hour and happy hour plus dinner and drink credit are really cool too!

Probably not what you would expect from a Kimpton, but everything was solidly average. Staff and service were exceptionally nice though and helpful. On a positive note, they are replacing their guest elevators so all of the complaints on previous reviews would likely not apply in the future. The ba… more
