This is the first review I've left for a hotel- we had a PHENOMENAL experience! The staff are warm, welcoming, and friendly- from the front desk to the servers, we felt cherished and taken care of from the moment we stepped onto the property. Walking up the outdoor staircase and through the magical courtyard, we could not believe how breathtaking the exterior of the building was, bathed in twinkle lights and beautiful background music. The large stones and americana bunting welcomed us into the grand sitting area, and all of this was just a foreshadow to the gorgeous and HUGE room that awaited. On top of the cleanliness and amazing bathrobes provided, the hotel is perfectly located. A 4 minute walk to the hot springs park across the street, our family loved spending the days in the pools and playing in the river tube ride. We also walked into the magical town, only a 10 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge, and ate dinner each evening. Across the street are several cafes and bakeries, and a delicious Himalayan restaurant. You needn't leave for any reason to eat though, because the dining in the hotel is five star on its own. We loved the wine selection and mocktails, the kids menu is five year old approved, and we were spoiled with regional steaks, seasonal vegetables, and enjoyed smores over an open fire in the evening. Take your family, friends, or self to this magical gem in the Rockies as soon as you can- you won't regret it!
