“Dog friendly”
Traveling from Mn to Arizona and needed a hotel that was dog friendly. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, definitely good bang for your buck convenient

“reserved a room Was supposed to be a deluxe king but it is just a standard king room”
Reserve a room at king deluxe, and the room is just a standard King. Other than that, the room is very nice, very Clean overall, a good hotel.

“bad first impression”
After driving most of the day, it would have been better to be checked in by someone who wasn't hostile. The room was fine.
