“Clean!!!”
Very clean! Plenty of HOT water. The rooms are updated with modern showers. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop just steps from the door for the free city bus. Plenty of restuarants within walking distance.

“Location is the best!”
Great people, very accommodating. Very clean...amazing value for the cost. Most impressive thing is the location, we walked that street and the shops were impressive. I was also impressed with the prices of things in the area, very affordable. Makes for a relaxed trip.

“Comfy motel with excellent location”
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is located in the Yampa River and is next to a small park that has a natural hot spring. When checking in, we were assigned a second floor room. “Warm welcome, other small issues.”
The check in ladies were great, and not bothered to repeat local info. Room was cozy , with a woodsy feel. It had a balcony overlooking river.
