My friends and I really liked this property. It was in a quiet location just a short drive to downtown main street. The condo was beautiful and very spacious and cozy. The furnishings were tasteful. The beds were comfortable. The place had a 'warm fuzzy feeling' as soon as we walked inside. We felt at home while we had our Friday night tacos and margaritas in the dining room that was uniquely separate from the other rooms and surrounded by windows. Many Aspen trees could be seen outside all of the windows. Then Saturday night after we returned from dinner in town, we lounged on the comfy sofa and chairs in the living room and had not a care in the world. The staff members at the front desk were super friendly. The place has a fitness room, pool and hot tub. Though we didn't partake of any of this it was nice to know they were there. I have no complaints and I would love to return to this property.

“Steamboat Springs- best place to ski Christmas 2022!”

The skiing was really great! So many trails and lifts. We were never bored! We have been to several popular Colorado destinations, a couple New Mexico and a few places in Canada. The skiing was really great! So many trails and lifts. We were never bored! We have been to several popular Colorado destinations, a couple New Mexico and a few places in Canada. This condo was pretty close to the slopes. The shuttle had it's moments but Christmas is their busiest time. TRS-13 is good for four people if you can share two queen beds. Only small child for futon. Square footage is small so plan to be out and about most of the time.

“ Very close to ski area base”

We rented a 2 BR 2 Bath condo. We didn’t find the living room furniture in our unit to be all that comfortable, since the couch is a sofa bed, but the beds were ok. We rented a 2 BR 2 Bath condo. We didn’t find the living room furniture in our unit to be all that comfortable, since the couch is a sofa bed, but the beds were ok. There are plenty of tvs & the internet works well. There is a small but full kitchen, that’s nice to have for cooking some meals. Overall the unit is in pretty good repair and the buildings are kept clean. The shuttle service is great, they get here within minutes, and there is a shortcut walking trail over to the ski area so it’s only 5 minutes to walk over there (maybe a little longer in ski boots...)The shuttle drivers are helpful and informative. There is also a small grocery store on that path, so it’s good for small grocery items, breakfast or lunch sandwiches, beer and wine. (There are two grocery stores that the shuttle can take you to, so no need to fully stock up at the small nearby one.) Our unit has an indoor parking spot ( although we don’t need a car here) and there is additional resident parking outside. We didn’t try the outdoor pool or hot tub. In this unit the washer & dryer are located near the living room, so it can be a bit noisy if you are using them while you are in the living room area. We’d come back here again based on the location and building cleanliness.

Stayed year end 2017. Access to Gondola base very manageable in ski boots, a short walk along a paved path then past the Christy Sports ski shop making rentals very convenient. Stayed in unit N-11 Kitchen well stocked and Condo nicely furnished. Beds comfortable in both BR, although one of us though springs on the fold out in the great room made sleep a bit fitful. Hot tub and heated pool are outside and down the stairs. Parking is inside. No problems for which we needed service. wifi present but best for email. Would go back.
