“Best !”
I was visiting with my brother for just one night, and I must praise Paul and Benjamin at the front desk. Their service was truly out of the ordinary. They went above and beyond, and I will definitely come back again!

“A great stay”
Great boutique like hotel in a perfect location. Super service minded and helpful staff . The calmness of the place with great access to all the activities I wanted to do. If I am back in Vail I will be back to Austrian house

“Warm stay in Vail”
The hotel was lovely - cute, cozy, great location. When we had an issue with our room, Valentina immediately fixed it. She made us feel right at home, from check in to check out.
