“The extended pit-stop”
We arrived with a 26' Uhaul, and car with wife, daughter, baby and dog. We were provided with a spacious 2-queen suite with crib and next to a side exit to facilitate walking our large dog. “A breath of fresh air!!”
I had a breakdown and booked a room @ a nearby hotel that was deplorable. I walked into the Hawthorn & it was a breath of fresh air, literally. “Nice room”
Very nice room with kitchen and living room space. Full bedroom and 2 tvs. Workers were very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Didn't do the pool but it looked nice. Also didn't have time for workout but it looked clean and well kept.

Overall, not a bad hotel. It is just in need of some major cleaning and updating. The lobby area and breakfast areas are picture perfect.
