“Amazing experience by Mel”
Beautiful hotel made even more amazing by Mel. After 12 hours of traveling, she immediately made me glad I’m staying here. She was so sweet and helpful, I would gladly come back so long as Mel is here! Her customer service is exceptional

“Quality over quantity”
The hotel was amazing — so classy and professional. Our room had all the amenities we needed and the comfiest mattress. Naty at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel at ease in a city full of strangers. Amazing hotel, amazing trip.

“Excellent experience, God willing, will definitely be back.”
The hotel was very ideally/centrally located and you had access to all locations a visitor may like to see. Getting around was easy and simple with rides available within minutes of your call. The staff was very courteous, helpful.

Great Location; Awful Wifi. The hotel is cute but feels in need of some TLC. On the plus side, spacious room, comfortable bed, nook with a desk. Bath tub in shower. I was able to walk to the National Mall in around 30m, which was fantastic because a lot of the streets were closed to traffic.… more
