“clean and comfortable”
Very clean and comfortable. Always a great room. Reasonably priced in a very convenient location. I believe this is our third stay and we love it every time. The 24 hour coffee/hot drink machine is top notch.

“Great Location,Value, and CLEAN!”
We took the Amtrak into DC- this hotel is literally accross the street from the Union Station- could not be more convenient! A short 10 minute walk to the Capital Building. The Dubliner has the best grub! And live music ! Hotel is CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL condition and the staff is FANTASTIC!

“Back Again!”
Second time staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel and it won’t be my last. Convenient to the metro and nearby attractions. Outstanding service while we were there and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Absolutely loved my stay!

Ms. Brenda and Ms. Tameka helped make our four day holiday special. The room, of course, shone and sparkled. But that was just the outer evidence of their best wishes for our holiday.
