“Beautiful property”
Beautiful property. Amazing staff-all of the front desk, Nicole who served me at the lobby bar during the day, and the Beach club staff-excellent! Night bartenders weren't very friendly though.

“Beautiful hotel. Will stay again.”
The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially at the beach club. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. A manager approached us and asked us how our stay was going which was great. Just a couple of things. Children should NOT be allowed in the hot tub, this was a let down as every tim… more

“Hotel restaurant needs improvement”
Hotel restaurant service and food was horrible. The waiter staff were very slow with greeting and taking food orders. On every meal they got something wrong. Blend menu, over priced. This area of the hotel needs major Improvements… the room was great, housekeeping and front desk were great

“Always check your credit card statement after staying at a hotel.”
They charge your credit card for expenses you didn't incur. The hotel is clean and nice, but if they get your credit card information, they secretly withdraw money from you without your knowledge.
